Gather: Old El Paso™ flour tortillas, 1 can of Old El Paso™ enchilada sauce, 1 package of Old El Paso™ fajita seasoning mix or 2 tablespoons Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix, and whatever else you wish to be inside your enchilada.

Expert Tip: Cream cheese adds a nice creamy texture to your enchiladas-just mix it with the chicken!

CREATE YOUR FILLING MIXTURE & SPREAD IT DOWN THE MIDDLE OF YOUR TORTILLA

Mix: The chicken, 1 cup of the Cheddar cheese, the cream cheese and seasoning mix.

Expert Tip: Use a little less than 1/2 cup of filling to avoid tortilla overstuffing.

ROLL THE TORTILLAS UP SNUGLY & PLACE THEM SIDE-BY-SIDE IN A BAKING DISH
