1 Lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil, 1/4 Cup Water

DIRECTIONS

1. Cut chicken into 1/4- to 1/2-inch cubes. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 8-10 minutes or until it reaches 165°F and no longer pink.

2. Stir in water and Seasoning Mix; heat to boiling.

3. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 3 to 4 minutes, stirring often, until thickened. Refrigerate leftovers.
