Prep Instructions

You Will Need: 1 Lb Pork Tenderloin cut in 1/2-inch cubes, 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil, 1-8 oz can Pineapple Tidbits (drained)

1. Add pork pieces, oil, and seasoning to 10-inch non-stick skillet; stir until coated.

2. Cook over medium-high heat 7 to 8 minutes, stirring often.

3. Reduce heat; stir in drained pineapple and cook 2 to 3 minutes until heated through. Refrigerate leftovers.
