Prep Instructions

YOU WILL NEED 1 lb boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts cut in 1-inch cubes

3 - 4 Red Potatoes, cut in ½-inch cubes (about 3 cups) 1 medium Red Bell Pepper, cut in ½-inch pieces

3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil

1. Heat oven to 400°F. 2. Place chicken and vegetable pieces in large bowl; drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with seasoning; stir well to coat.

3. Arrange pieces in single layer on sheet pan with sides*. Bake 35 minutes, or until chicken pieces are thoroughly cooked (Over 165°F). 4. Top with Salsa Verde Drizzle as desired.

*For easy clean up, line sheet pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
