Easy Elote Dip

This is an incredibly easy dip version of the delicious and popular Mexican street corn; it will disappear quickly at your next game day get together!

Ingredient List
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 bag (12 oz) frozen corn
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 tablespoon Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix (from 1-oz package)
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso™ chopped green chiles

Preparation
  1. Microwave frozen corn as directed on bag. In medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, taco seasoning mix and chiles.
  2. In 8-inch nonstick skillet, cook corn and mayonnaise mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through and thickened. Pour into bowl, and add toppings. Serve with chips.
