You Will Need:
2 Cups Shredded Rotisserie Chicken
2/3 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Shredded Mexican-Style Cheese
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
Top with Your Favorite Toppings
1. Heat oven to 425°F. Add chicken, Seasoning Mix and water into 10-inch skillet. Cook over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes, or until sauce thickens, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
2. Remove tortillas from bag. To heat in MICROWAVE, place stack of tortillas on microwavable plate. Cover with microwavable paper towel. Microwave on High 30 to 45 seconds until warm. (To heat in OVEN, wrap tortillas in foil; place on cookie sheet. Bake at 325°F for 10 to 12 minutes until warm).
3. STUFF ½ cup chicken mixture in center of tortilla, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons cheese. ROLL sides of tortilla in, fold bottom up over filling. Fold top over sides.
4. Brush with vegetable oil, place seam-side down on cookie sheet.
5. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until browned and CRISP. Drizzle with QUESO and top with your favorite toppings.
FOR AIR FRYER, set to 350°F. Cook 4 to 5 minutes. Flip, cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
Store leftover tortillas in a resealable food bag or container
