Simple Shrimp Tacos

Ingredient List
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 12 pieces cooked shrimp
  • Small check mark in a circle icon Old El Paso™ hard & soft taco dinner kit
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 2 scallions chopped
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 5 sprigs cilantro, chopped
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1/2 of an avocado diced
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1/4 oz crumbled Cotija cheese
Preparation
  1. Bring 2 tablespoons taco seasoning with 1/4 cup water to a boil, place shrimp into sauce and heat shrimp thoroughly.
  2. Remove pan from hot burner. Step 3 Heat taco shells.
  3. Place cabbage, scallions and cilantro in taco shells, add shrimp, and top with avocado and cheese.
Expert Tips
  • Serve with taco sauce. Heat tortillas in oven, or on a hot skillet or Comal.
